The advancement of the cement production

We construct complete production lines, supply individual machines and carries out plant conversions. We take care of project elaboration, engineering and design, delivery, field assembly, commissioning and after sales service. A prime requirement for success is the ability to tackle and realise user-specific projects at an agreed cost and to agreed standards and deadlines. Each time, a concept is produced to ensure the best choice of machinery for the task as well as finely tuned processes and inter-stage links for overall plant efficiency.

We also focus increasingly on environmental acceptability and process optimization by emission reduction and by lowering the power requirement. The application of analysis systems for quality assurance guarantees us a remaining alike quality during the whole production process.

During the raw material preparation the raw materials limestone, clay and shale have to be crushed at first. Afterwards the crushed and analyzed materials become transported on conveyors into a blending and storage silo. For the furnace additionally the fuels must be prepared.

The mix of blended raw material and added water is ground together in a mill to form a slurry. It requires a constant material analysis also here. The slurry is stored in basins from which it is pumped to the upper end of the wet cement kiln. In this kiln all water evaporates and hot clinker is formed.

The constant material analysis guarantees a remaining alike quality of the clinker, which must be cooled down. These clinker is ground in the cement mill where a small amount of gypsum is added to improve the working properties of the end product. At the end of this stage, the clinker has become cement which is then stored in silos and loaded into into road tankers or packed into bags for dispatch.
