The future of the fish processing

The fish has the central meaning in very many countries. Many countries use however often only a part of the existing resources. There are many enterprises using only a part of some fish types and have to dispose the remainder. Or they automated only the production department fully, in which they wanted to specialize. The future lies in fish factories, which consist of several fully automated production plants and are able to use the bulk of all fish types completely.

Each fish, from which one can cut a filet, should at the beginning of the production process go into the filet cutting plant. Each plant is able the bulk of all fish types to cut filets and the capacity is with a maximum run of 30 tons per day. In the following the filets become shock-frozen (freshly), smoked and packed. The capacity of the freezer and smoking furnace can be adapted to the conditions alternatively.


	The fish flour plant converts the fish wastes and fish types, from which one cannot cut a filet to fish flour. A characteristic of this fish flour plant is the capacity range. This production plant is conceivable for a capacity from 100 to 4000 tons fish per day. Through a closed production cycle, the smell development is reduced on a minimum. The fish flour produced in this plant is smell neutral and absolute drying.


	The fish oil separated in the fish flour plant is filtered in the filter press to pure fish oil. This fish oil is free of smell. This filter press filters litres up to 30.000 per hour.


	The waste water that comes out of the cook and press process, becomes cleaned in an innovative sewage cleaning plant. In this plant, a sewage quality is reached, which has no quality of drinking water according to German kind of condition, but deviates only slightly from this.

Each plant makes 5,000 acrylic glasses from shockproof mixing granulates. These glasses are easier than glass and prevent the sunlight effect.

Each plant is to be produced able of 5,000 general-purpose containers inclusive catches in two different sizes.


	This representative administration building is 3600 square meters large and offers for 230 employees place. Also still 120 offices are in this building beside reception hall, meeting room. The production halls are put on after the production stream. Everyone has a length of 120, to width of 30 and a height of 10 meters. These production halls are full air-conditioned what reduces the smell development yet in addition.
